Client Services Director

Brian has over 25 years technical experience within the food industry including spells at Sainsbury’s. He has managed/delivered projects in a wide range of sectors from meat, dairy, organics, fresh produce, bakery, warehousing and transport. He has an excellent knowledge of all the various food safety standards. Lead Auditor trained and a SALSA mentor/auditor. IFST approved auditor and mentor.

Managing Director

Lynn has a background in management and information technology. She is responsible for the running of the company, ensuring that decisions are made and the business keeps on track.

Katrina Farrell

Katrina Farrell

Associate Consultant

Katrina has a strong technical background gained from more than 30 years in the food industry. She is experienced in auditing across a wide range of sectors within food manufacturing to BRC and Retailer Standards. She is registered as a Professional Food Auditor and Mentor with IFST and helps us with Interim Technical Management, Food Safety Training and assists with SALSA and other Food Safety Accreditations.

Kim Liversedge

Office Administrator

Kim’s background is working with horses and agreed to take up the reins here at the beginning of October. This role is primarily to assist in giving our clients a first rate service. Kim has achieved her Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Manufacturing since joining our team.

Rob Worsley

Associate Consultant

Rob has over 25 years technical experience in the food industry, specialising in training and the bakery sector. He has worked as technical manager for several well-known bakeries for many years, including Greggs PLC and The Bakers Oven. He is a NEBOSH Qualified and IOSH Registered trainer and often delivers training courses for us.
