AUDIT ASSIST
Watson's Dairies (part of the Medina Group)
Through their Audit Assist programme mentored we their staff to develop company quality system, which resulted in the site attaining BRC accreditation and the promotion of a Quality Manger. Currently provide ongoing support with the QMS Review Assist to ensure they maintain their quality systems
Chefs Connection
As part of the company expansion with major food service customers we reviewed, developed, trained and assisted with the implementation of a new quality system. They achieved Grade A at the first BRC audit.
General Mills
Audited a new national distribution network for the Hagen Daas ice cream into a UK entertainments network. We supported the Uk technical team with follow up visits to verify corrective action had been completed
QMS REVIEW ASSIST

Following the departure of the Technical Manager we conducted a review of the existing quality systems and staff. This resulted in the promotion of the QA Officer, simplification of the systems and documents, training of internal auditors and the setting up of a monthly management review system.
TRAINING ASSIST
Through our Audit Assist programme we have provided in house training courses in BRC Awareness, Quality System Development, HACCP and Internal Auditing.

On-going technical management support to Eastbrook Farms Organic Meat. Developing quality systems, new product launches, management of contract manufacturer and preparing for audits.

Led The So Real Ice Company through a major customer product recall, managed review of quality systems, implemented associated corrective actions which resulted in the successful reliance of product range and account kept open with supermarket chain.
