How we helped: The small family run firm got in touch with ourselves wanting BRC assistance aswell as updating and simplifying their food safety system to be able to manage more efficiently. Following Brian’s visit to get to know the company and staff, an action plan was agreed. Food Safety Assist would provide monthly mentoring support, conduct their internal audits, coach the Assistant Technical Manager in the intricacies of the BRC standard, develop her knowledge and update the site food safety management systems.



Results: Little Town Dairy have maintained their high standard of BRC accreditation which places re-assurance with their customers. The Quality Manager’s experience and knowledge has developed allowing them to manage and maintain the new simplified and coherent system that we assisted in implementing.
