About Brian…founder of Food Safety Assist
Having worked as a food technologist and product manager for major UK retailers and food suppliers and producers , I wanted to use this experience and focus on food safety management. Working in depth with standards, like BRC Global Standard and SALSA, with a wide range of food and drink businesses made me clearly see how food safety processes are fundamental if food businesses want to grow customer bases and keep existing ones.
When working with clients, my priority is to help them develop food safety processes that work for them, as well as, follow a recognised standard. By building working relationships, businesses value and own their food safety systems which in turn can bring positive results to their business.
